产品介绍: MagVigen™ Plasma DNA Capture 磁性纳米颗粒专为捕获血液中的cfDNA而设计,为科研, 分子检测工作者提供了一种简单、快速、高效的血液cfDNA提取方法。整个实验过程中无需离心或者过柱。DNA提取可以线性比例扩大,输入血浆范围为100 uL至10mL 。分离出的cfDNA 可以用Agilent Bioanalyzer 直接定量分析。
