Sequence Specific DNA Capture with MagVigen™ - Streptavidin nanoparticles产品介绍: MagVigen™链霉亲和素DNA 捕获专用磁性纳米颗粒能高效地从溶液中捕获特异的RNA或DNA序列。通过链霉亲和素和生物素之间的亲和作用,该纳米颗粒可以高效地与任何生物素标记的DNA/RNA结合。MagVigen™链霉亲和素DNA 捕获专用纳米颗粒仅需很短的孵育即可捕获特定的目标DNA产品。之后利用磁铁来将生成的纳米颗粒-DNA片段复合物与样品中的其他组分分离开来。最后吸附到MagVigen™链霉亲和素DNA 捕获专用纳米颗粒上的基因组物质可以通过洗脱得到。
